Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Money Flowl mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Who we are

The App is provided by Aversys Mobile ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at support@aversys.com.

Eligibility

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

License to use the app

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's Usage Rules.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent permitted by law.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices.
• Use the App unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.

Your data and responsibilities

The App is a personal-finance tool. You are responsible for the information you enter, including transactions, accounts, budgets, assets, and liabilities, and for its accuracy.

• Your records are stored on your device. We do not host your financial records on our servers and cannot recover them for you.
• Backups are your responsibility. If you delete the App, reset your device, or lose your device, locally stored data may be lost unless you have a backup that you control.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for any activity that occurs through it.

Subscriptions and payments

The App offers optional paid features through an auto-renewing subscription ("Premium"). Subscription entitlements are managed using Adapty, and all payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not receive or process your payment-card details.

• Billing and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.
• Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Free trials or introductory offers, if offered, are described at purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Prices may vary by region and may change. We will seek any consent required by the App Store before a price increase takes effect.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. We generally cannot issue refunds directly.

AI features

The App offers AI-assisted capture, such as reading a receipt photo or voice note to pre-fill a transaction. AI output is automatically generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any AI-generated result before relying on it. AI processing is performed by Google as described in our Privacy Policy.

Not financial advice

The App is a tool for recording and organizing your own financial information. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing in the App is a recommendation to make or refrain from making any financial decision.

Figures such as balances, budgets, available to spend, and net worth are calculated from the information you enter and are for personal reference only. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any law or regulation or infringe the rights of others.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or our services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or security, including app-integrity and anti-abuse measures.
• Misuse AI features, including submitting content you have no right to submit.

Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the Money Flowl name and branding, is owned by Aversys Mobile or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted in Section 4, no rights are granted to you. You retain ownership of the financial data and content you enter.

Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services, including Apple for the App Store and payments; Google / Firebase for analytics, AI processing, app integrity, and configuration; and Adapty for subscription management. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not guarantee their availability or accuracy.

Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any result, including AI output or calculated figures, will be accurate or reliable. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVERSYS MOBILE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, if any. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aversys Mobile from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

These Terms and the license in Section 4 apply until terminated.

• By you. You may end these Terms at any time by ceasing to use and deleting the App. Uninstalling removes your access and local data, subject to any backup you control.
• Automatically. Your license ends automatically if you breach these Terms.
• By us. Because the App does not use accounts and your data is stored on your device, we cannot remotely disable an installed copy or delete local data. We may restrict, throttle, or discontinue server-dependent features such as AI capture; stop distributing or updating the App; and terminate the Section 4 license if you materially breach these Terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 5, 8, 10, 13, 14, 15, and 17, will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence, the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App.

Changes to the app and these terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
